HALL OF FAME EVENTS

GRSHOF sponsors three major events each year to  benefit specific non-profit organizations throughout West Michigan.

The induction ceremony is held at the Van Andel Arena and annually honors a group of athletes, coaches, teams, owners, and philanthropists whose participation in athletics has enriched our lives. For more information on GRSHOF inductees, please click here.

Egypt Valley Country Club is the new home to the Positively Warren Golf Classic, an annual event named after Warren Reynolds, the first recipient of the GRSHOF Lifetime Achievement Award. The Classic benefits the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame, as well as the Warren Reynolds Library at the Lacks Cancer Center at Saint Mary's. Click here for more information.

Each year over Thanksgiving weekend, basketball fans gather for the Hall of Fame Classic basketball tournament. The men's basketball teams of Aquinas College, Calvin College, Cornerstone University, and Hope College compete  in the tournament, which helps create funds for thousands of inner city youth. Funds generated by the games are donated to the Grand Rapids area youth athletic programs.
